I was introduced to Showcase by a contractor who highly recommended them. I reached out and spoke with Mike who explained the process to me and forwarded me all the information about replacing my tub with a walk-in shower Everyone I dealt with has been wonderful and thorough. The job was done in a timely manner and the team kept the area clean. In a small condo that meant a lot. Coincidentally during the process, something happened to my hot water and I reached out to Showcase to ask if it was related. They sent someone over to review everything and look at my electric panel and water heater. Once the gas company arrived, it was determined that I had other issues and that will be remedied by a new water heater. The team at Showcase Remodeling went above and beyond to make sure that my situation was handled properly and safely. I can’t thank them enough. My grandchildren say my new bathroom looks like a hotel. I haven’t felt this safe in a shower in a very long time. And it really does look great,thank you showcase remodeling!
